Peanut Butter Cup Cookies

Ingredients:
1 pkg Pillsbury chocolate chip cookie dough (or you can make chocolate chip cookie dough from scratch if you really want)
36 mini peanut butter cups (PC, Planters, Reece's), unwrapped and chilled in the fridge

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350F. Unwrap the chocolate chip cookie dough and cut into 3 equal chunks. Cut each of these chunks into 3 pieces (now you have 9 slices). Cut each slice into quarters. You should have 36 pieces of chocolate chip cookie dough now. Roll each piece a little bit and place each into the well of a mini muffin tin. Bake for 3-4 mintes or until the cookie puffs up like a muffin and starts to show some colour on top. Take the mini muffin tray out of the oven and quickly press a peanut butter cup into the centre. Allow the cookies to cool slightly and then pop out of the muffin tin with a butter knife. Chill so that the chocolate cups are set again and serve.
